Split table
Menu access : Bill of material | Split table
Description :
Allows to split a table (bill of material, table, cartesian point or circle table,...) in several parts.
General philosophy :
Pick the table to split (when your document contains only one tableau this question is not asked)
You have the choice to split your table on its definition drawing or in another drawing.
If you have chosen the SAME DRAWING option :
Choose the other table part position with the Next part of the table = LEFT or RIGHT option.
Confirm with the OK button, TopSolid/Draft will automatically cut the table part which is over the drawing margins and put it on the side of the existing one.

Select the TRIMMING BY POINTS option
Locate one (or more) trimming upper point and confirm with the STOP option.
Locate one (or more) trimming lower point and confirm with the STOP option.
Choose the other table part position with the Next part of the table = LEFT or RIGHT option.
Confirm with the OK button, TopSolid/Draft will cut the table part which is over the trimming points (upper and lower) and put it on the side of the existing one.

If you have chosen the DIFFERENT DRAWINGS option :
Choose the hooking
mode of the other table parts.
Select the other drawing on which TopSolid/Draft will put the other table parts or choose the USE FOLIO NUMBER option to automatically put the other table parts following the folio numbers.
Confirm with the OK button, TopSolid/Draft will automatically cut the table part which is over the drawing margins and put it on the selected drawing. This question is not asked if you have previously chosen the USE FOLIO NUMBER option.

Available option(s) :
When your document contains a split
table, TopSolid/Draft display the option CANCEL SPLIT
allowing you to get the original table.
The Repeat title
= YES option allows to create each part of the split table with
a title line.
Specific point(s) :
If you move a trimming point of the
table, you have to use the Bill
of material | Regenerate table to re-compute the split of your
table.
