Purpose
The “Operations manager” function allows (subsequent) organization of machining operations synchronization.
The user can call automatic re-organization methods (sort by parts, cuts, technology,....). The user can also modify the manufacturing route sheet’s synchronization, by manually moving operations. Modifications for the operations’ synchronization must be followed by an update of the operating process, to respect good process.
Understanding the function
The various potential actions contained in the route sheet can be applied to a set of pre-selected machining operations. To do this, click on the first operation, keep the left mouse button pressed and drag the mouse cursor until the last operation is reached. It is also possible to click on the first operation, keep the “Caps Lock” button pressed while selecting the last operation.
Right click on the mouse button and the contextual menu allows to launch lot's of functions.
Click on the left icons of the operations manager allows also to launch lot's of function
How to use
Select the function
"Operations / Operations manager" or click on the
icon.
