Description:

Automatically creates components indexes.

General procedure:

You must have created a bill of materials to create indexes.

1. Select the component to index on a view.

2. Depending of the type of component, the system will propose an index made up of one letter (e.g. "s" for screw) and a serial number. This will allow you to find the elements of the same grouped under the bill of materials.

3. Choose the index style.

4. Position the index.

Special remarks:

If the component is visible on another view, its associated index is created.

Available options:

         Use the dropdown menu below to choose the index style.
