Description:
Join inserted shapes to stations of the strip.

General procedure:
This function is used to insert on the strip, complex parts that cannot be created with the basic strip functions.
The most common procedure for this function is described below:
Prepare the part to unite. You may duplicate the unbent 3D imported part, and then isolate a part of it a piece a it with the function Remove a piece of the part.
Remove the piece to replace from the strip with the function Remove a piece of the part.
The new piece of part to unite is positioned and joined to the station with the function.
Procedure of function:
If you use the automatic positioning (Use the positioning
= YES):
Select the common edge on the station.
Select the reference face on the station.
Select the common edge on the part to unite.
Select the reference face on the part to unite.
If you don't use the positioning: the part to unite has been created in place. Use the positioning = NO:
Select the station that will receive the united part.
Select the part to unite.
This procedure needs to have exactly
the same boundary edges between the part to unite and the strip.
Available option(s):
Use trimming shape = YES allows to unite a shape
on the strip without the same boundary edges between the two parts.
Positioning mode = ON
ADJACENT FACES, the two reference faces of the station and the
part to unite are adjacent.
Positioning mode = ON
CONTACT FACES, the two reference faces of the station and the part
to unite are touching.
