Defining a dictionary
Description:
A dictionary is used to translate a component according to the language in which it was installed in the application.
This dictionary will be saved to the folder D:\Missler\Config\LIB_PGS\Compo_perso and named french.dic for French
.
Examples:

In the case of the definition of the set: "Pin" []X[] will be translated by "goupille" []X[] in French.
