Definition of the step

In the case of a driver constraint, sometimes you want to "obtain" a rounded off value of the "retrieved" value.

It can be rounded off by a parameter, rounded down, up or to the nearest value.

For example, in the case of punches, the parameter of the diameter is equal to the measurement rounded down to the parameter given at this point.
