Create Inserted Block(s)

Description:
Create an inserted block in a plate.
General procedure:
Indicate the block on which the block is to be inserted.
Select the profile that will give the boundaries of the block.
Define the characteristics of the inserted block.
An inserted block and the related machining are then created. The insert will be added to the TopSolid'Progress database into the sub-assembly of the plate selected in the first step.
The default height of the block proposed corresponds to the height of the block(s) selected.
Available option(s):
There are several options proposed for selecting the trimming faces:
NEW CONTOUR
creates
a new profile directly on the plate (it creates a link with the TopSolid
profile function)
Hide curves = YES
hides or shows the construction profile.
SECOND BLOCK
creates
another block, following the same profile in the block below the selected
block.
Particular remark(s):
It is possible to create an standard insert with the
function create component. You can choose
circular or rectangular inserts in the category PGS_USER.
