Ruled with proposal

The edges suitable for the creation of a ruled surface are shown to you by the software.

Pick the 2 first edges, then TopSolid'Mold proposes to you the next ones.

To "scroll" the proposals, it exists 'hot keys':

w : previous proposition.

x : next proposition.

espace : validate the proposition.

The option, Check with shapes = YES allows to the system to analyze the geometry close to the parting lines (tangency, continuity,...). You may see a correct result with this mode = NO, and failed with mode = YES.

This kind of surface is non associative. It means that they are no links with the parting lines. If the shape change, then update the parting lines, you will have to create another time the surface.
