Description:
Allows to create and manage mold bases standard or not, and the press to inject.

Description:
Allows to create standard and custom mold bases, with or without included components.
General procedure:
Choose the type of mold base to create:
Manage, if necessary, the FRAME DIMENSION.
If you have chosen a standard mold base, enter if you want to create it with its standard components. If that is not the case you will be inserting a mold base without components but with standard mold plates.
Select the center of the mold base (point, center origin, etc..).
Available options:
When you would like to move a mold
base, move its origin or insertion point.
NEVER use
the following funtions:
Edit | Transform parents
Edit | Move parents
Shape | Other operations | Transform
Special remarks:
If a mold base (standard or not)
does exist already in the document, the system will ask if you want to
delete it before creating the new one.
It is not possible to create more
than one mold base on any TopSolid'Mold document.
The moldbase insertion also computes
the global
and ejection
stroke.

Allows to insert plates in an existing mold base.
General procedure
The insertion
of plates is always done using the same direction of insertion: from the parting surface towards the outside of the mold base.
Select the support plate. If it does not exist, OK.
Choose the type of plate to insert.
Choiose plate version to insert.
If you have not previously selected the support plate, enter the side where to insert the plate.
Manage the plate thickness.
Select the superior plate. If it does not exist, OK.
Special remarks:
When inserting an ejection
spacer,
the program will automatically insert a complete ejection system (second
spacer, ejector plate, ejector retainer plate).
When inserting a new ejection plate
between the ejector retainer and the clamp plate, the selection mode is
somehow different from the one for the general procedure: The support
plate will be the spacer and the superior plate the ejector retainer.
In the case of inserting an ejection
plate between the ejector plate and the ejector retainer the selection
mode is also somehow different from the one for the general procedure:
The support plate will be the ejector retainer and the superior plate
the ejector plate.

Description:
Allows to insert a representation of the injection machine.
General procedure
Give a name to the press.
The press is positioned at the center of the mold base.
Available options:
The press will act as any other component.
Use the modification tool 
or the component modification
to edit its parameters.
Special remarks:
Once you have define the press save
it on a new document so it can be reused in future documents. To insert
it in another project use the function File | Include.
