(*) All these libraries need code to be available.

General procedure (except Ejection components):

1. Click the icon in the component context to insert OR select the function Components in the Management context.

2. Select MOLD BASE or PLATE.

3. The function starts in DYNAMICmode. Click to go in NON DYNAMIC.mode. Then you select the insertion face.

4. Select ending face for dimensional constraint / last object to fix. If it does not exist, OK..

5. Select the reference component. If it does no exist,  OK.

6. Select the insertion point.

7. Select the component.

7. OK the insertion.

Component modification:

It is possible to modify a component:

• Its dimension: by or

• Its position: by or

Always move the origin or insertion point.

From the symbolic tree, with the right click , you can :

- Modify the component.

- Indicate it if it s linked or not to the mold base.

- Modify the insertion frame.

- Modify the upper drilling type.

- Modify the lower drilling type.

Components are inserted on their "natural" frame. You can manage the DP to insert correctly the component in the shape to process.

Specific cases:

After the insertion, the system proposes to duplicate the component. If you QUIT, the program dimensions the component. Afterwards you can:

• Duplicate it  

• Copy it  

The ejector pins have an insertion procedure slightly different.

The cooling components have an insertion procedure slightly different.
