User draft template directory

Description:
Enter the default directory for your own draft template.
General philosophy:
Open a new TopSolid'Draft without template.
Choose the format you want to use (A0, A3, ...).
Check
that you are in associative
mode.
On your empty document,
create a main view 
, ask for NO ELEMENTS and put your
reference view.
According to this view, put auxiliaries views.
Detail your draft.
Save your template, for example in
D:\missler\config\template\eld\....
In Tools | Options | Electrode, in the field User draft template path : d:\missler\config\template\eld\, enter the path of the step 7.
When you will create a new electrode draft, your template will appear at the head of the template selection list.
