Create an electrode with a contour

Description:

Creation of an electrode with a contour.

General philosophy:

1. Select contours defining the profile of the electrode.

2. The software creates a sheet. You can either validate it for an immediate use, or isolate it for a later use.

3. Fill the tabs to define your electrode:

• General

• Extra parameters

• Additional data

• Electrode positions

Available option(s):

You can create directly your sketch defining your electrode or select an already existing contour .

You can as well create a rectangular sketch with .

Specific point(s)

Electrode base and/or CSYS modifications are allowed only during modification step (not accessible during the electrode creation).

When you will fill the table, you can go from a cell to another one by pressing TAB.

ENTER will create the electrode.

With the orbital strategy, it is not allowed to heal the area for later machining.

Available modification(s):

It is possible to modify the electrode after its creation with the function .
