Tap pitch

As a circle can represent a tapping hole, it's possible inside this function to control also the pitch (only for the left pitch).

A value of 0 means that it's not a tapping hole.

Indeed, this parameter defines the distance  (P)  of the pitch.

This value can be positive (Start from the top to the bottom) or negative (start from the bottom to the top).

The distance  (A) is always in this case the Boundary top offset
