Plan Perpendicular

Create an instruction of construction of a plane which is perpendicular in a line and passer-by by a point.
The DMIS output will be like CONST/PLANE,F(ident),PERPTO,reference1,THRU,reference2
It is necessary to select two elements.
The first element is a measure of a line or a construction of a line or a geometrical element line on which an operation of measure will be in advance created.
The second element is a measure of a point or a construction of a point or a geometrical element point on which an operation of measure will be in advance created.
To select an element, there are two methods:
Graphic selection
Give the name of identifying it (example: LGIN_XX (xx is a number))
Select the menu
"Construction | Plane | Perpendicular" or click on the icon.
Select the first element (line, measure of a line).
If the element is not a measure, it is asked to use existing measure if the element was already measured
Or an operation of measure will be in advance created.
Select the second element ((point, measure of a point).
If the element is not a measure, it is asked to use existing measure if the element was already measured
Or an operation of measure will be in advance created.
A dialog box appears. Modify some parameters if necessary and confirm.
