Lead in/out Distances and  Angles

Theses parameters (C, D, E, F) are available if :

Levelling method = At end of roughing operation

OR
levelling method  = At end of each pass if necessary and Levelling from the top to the bottom is activated.

These parameters are used only for the levelling pass at the end of the roughing operation or for the levelling passes from the top to the bottom.

Lead in distance : It's the distance  (C)  
Lead in angle : It's the angle (D)
Lead out distance : It's the distance (E)
Lead out angle : It's the angle (F)
