Lead in clearance distance

Every pass is extended with a  (A) distance to start outside the stock.  The default value is the security distance of the tool (2mm). It's possible to modify it.

Lead out clearance distance

Every pass is extended with a  (B) distance to finish outside the stock. The default value is 0 and it's possible to modify it.
