Thread pitch type

This parameter is required by the post processor. In the case of a tapered threading, it defines the way in which the pitch must be expressed in the ISO code.

In Axial mode, the value of the pitch is expressed along the Z axis.

In Sloped mode, the value of the pitch is expressed along the threading cone.
