Purpose

The tool makes the levelling only in the areas where there is some material left ( not horizontal area).

This levelling is done at the end of the roughing passes (if it's necessary)

The tool realizes this levelling so that the direction machining is always downward.  In the case below, it's so decomposed into several parts to respect the downward vertical direction.
