End tool rotation

In that case the rotation is done around the rotation axis of the machine (No RTCP function is used). This is available ONLY if no translation movements is defined (Otherwise TopSolid'Cam switches in RTCP)

In that case the rotation are done like the RTCP Iso function (around the end of the tool)
