Minimal tool length

This function allows to calculate the minimal length exit of tool of the chuck, to avoid collisions between the part and the linked tool.

This function must be used one operation by one operation

Example:

1) Give the tool holder diameter

2) The calculation is made, and TopSolid'Cam shows the tool in the most unfavourable position.

3) The user can change here the needed minimal tool length
