Tool life management

This function allows to decompose an operation into several operations, to change tool after a specific  time of machining. The tool life management of a tool is limited by a distance or a time (example: 120mn). So after the 120mn (for example), the tool is changed by another one (called "brother tool"). TopSolid'Cam created automatically in the end of the tool changer, a "brother tool".

This function is available for all the 3d machining, and also for the operation "Milling /| Roughing"
