Purpose
Purpose
When arriving in the workshop, machining programs must be accompanied with comprehensive documentation, to give the user information on the different work stages that must be created. TopSolid'Cam allows the user to create, fill in or print these documents, in automatic mode, from predefined masks or models.
How to use
Select the function 'Operations / Setup sheet'.
TopSolid'Cam opens a dialogue box with the different models of existing documents.
Select the model(s) you want to use.
Click the 
. icon to make the documents.
This dialogue box is constituted of the list of the documents’ models, of a toolbar, of a visualization area and a checkbox.
New
This button allows the creation of a new document model.
Rename
This button allows the user to rename the selected model. The TopSolid'Cam models supplied by Missler cannot be renamed.
Copy
This button allows the user to copy the selected model.
Modify
This button allows modification of a selected document. The TopSolid'Cam models supplied by Missler cannot be modified.
However, TopSolid'Cam allows the user to consult the latter.
In this case, just make a copy first and modify the copy.
Delete
This button allows destruction of a model. The TopSolid'Cam
models supplied by Missler cannot be destroyed.
Build draft
This button allows the user to generate a document from the selected model and from information contained in the route sheet.
Import
This button allows the user to import a document model which is not found in the TopSolid'Cam default directory.
Export
This button allows the user to export a document model into a directory or a support other than those used by TopSolid'Cam, by default.
Properties
This button allows the user to obtain information on the model type, its name and its location, as well as the name of the selected model.
Conception mode
This option allows TopSolid'Cam to mention mistakes (parameters that cannot be found,…) for the “Construct Document” function, using the same method as for document model definition (“Modify” function).
