'Geometry' tab
Purpose
If the two curves have the same number of elements, the default synchronization is done element by element (after it's possible to change this one to use by length).
If the two curves don't have the same number of elements, the synchronization is ONLY available by length :
1 % of the total length the bottom curve = 1 % of the total length the upper curve.
If this two cases, it's also possible to:
Add manually synchronization points (to define the tool orientation in specific ares)
Remove manual synchronization points.
In this case, the automatic synchronization points are done with curve length
Add synchronization points
Click on the icon.
Select the button.
Select the first synchronization point on the lower curve. Be sure that the selected point is ON this curve.
Select the corresponding point on the upper curve. Be sure that the selected point is ON this curve
Of course the synchronisation points are updated with this new point..
Click on to confirm.
Click on to exit the function or select a new option (Add or remove points).
Remove manual synchronization points
Select the manual synchronization to remove. It's NOT possible to remove the automatic synchronization calculated by TopSolid'Cam.
Of course the synchronisation points are updated.
