Shift isocurve with a ball nose mill

• The face A in green is the face selected by the user.

• The face B in orange is the parallel face calculated by TopSolid'Cam.

• The curves C in blue are the isocurves calculated by TopSolid'Cam (with u or v equal to 0 or 1 for example).
  In this case, the user gives:

• R = Tool diameter / 2  

• D = Tool diameter
