High Speed Machining smoothing (HSM)

Tick this checkbox to activate the HSM mode. During High Speed Machining, TopSolid'Cam creates loops at the end of each pass with the radius defined by the ‘HSM Radius’ parameter below. These loops allow the user to limit the machine tool’s accelerations and decelerations during sudden direction changes.

This parameter defines the HSM loop’s radius value created by TopSolid'Cam at the end of each sweeping pass.
