3D contouring : Activate Z cutting

The purpose is to define multiple cuts in Z with only one 3D contouring
If the tool follow the curve, the parallel roughing passes will never go under the curve
Examples :
In magenta the curve
In blue the additional cuts

If the tool follow the finish part, the parallel roughing passes will follow it also but only on the areas which are not machined
