Planar faces

This checkbox must be ticked to make the facing of the flat faces in the wanted offset, even if this face is not in a cut

Note:

As described below, it is possible that a supplementary cut is calculated in the tool path to machine the flat face.

In this case,of course, the wanted offset is always preserved.

Planar faces step over

This value defines the distance to apply between two consecutive tool passes. This pitch will ensure the operator that the facing removes all the material. Note that this value has a maximum value of the tool’s diameter. In some cases, the system can force the value to the tool’s radius.
