Cylinder Analysis : Import features from a file

When the user imports a file he has for each hole to select the good process.

This function allows to read a ASCII file which contains the description of the holes (Drilling holes,Tapping holes, boring holes , ...). In this case, the user doesn't need to affect the process manually.
