Single starting point

If there is more than one radial pass, due to various thickness values or offsets depending on the tool diameter, there can be too many rapid moves.  In such a case, TopSolid'Cam chooses to begin the pass where the previous one ends to minimize the number of rapid moves, by default.  The user can deactivate this option, so that TopSolid'Cam begins the tool path at the same point for all radial passes..
