Calculation method

The user must specify his chosen criteria for the helicoidal tool path definition.  The user can choose between a known fixed pitch and a known fixed angle.

Step

Each helicoidal tool path turn is created with a fixed descending step.

Angle

The helicoidal tool path is created with a fixed descending angle.  The number of turns can, therefore, not be an integer.
