Turning Tools : HA-VA

These few samples review how the tools should be defined, using the TopTool software. They describe the definition of the HA/VA (plunge angle and forward angle).

• HA : Horizontal angle

• VA : Vertical angle

The following diagrams show how the HA/VA ANGLES  should be defined depending on the main types of tools.
