Description:

Allows the local application of a temperature as a result of thermal analysis.

General principle:

  1. Select the locations where the temperature is to be created using the and buttons.

  2. Click on to validate your selection.

  3. Enter the temperature intensity in a unit that is compatible with degrees Celsius (°C).

  4. Set the load's annotation text or click on .

Optional point(s):

Points where the temperature is to be applied can be designated directly using the  button.  Then the value of the temperature must be entered, followed immediately by designation of the point(s) to which the temperature applies.

In order for the bearing point of such a stress in the middle of a face, edge or beam to be correctly processed, the meshing of the loaded geometry is re-run.

Specific point(s):

The temperature is shown as a small thermometer with a cube-shaped base.

 The temperature load is automatically put in the current load case at the time it is created.

A temperature loading cannot be created in a load case if the latter has a temperature card.
