Summary of the family. This data cannot be modified. To create a beam section in another family, select a type in the target family and add a beam section to it.
select the type from the list of those available.
Enter a name for the beam section (10 characters maximum, with use of spaces allowed). This name must not be already in the database.
Select the units system you want to use to enter the properties. If the values have already been input, these values will be automatically converted.
Enter the description text.
Enter the new values in each of the fields
Click on the save button to confirm the creation.
