allows the importing of beam sections from another file into the database. A window lets you choose from the recognized file types.
These are placed into the corresponding families.
Use this command to print a document. This command brings up the Print dialogue box, here you can indicate the pages you want to print, the number of copies, the printer to use and other printer configuration options.

Use this command to view the active document as it will be printed. When you select this command, the main window is replaced by a Print Preview window which shows one or two pages as they will be printed. The various options in the Print Preview toolbar allow you to view the pages one by one or two by two, to go from page to page through the document, to zoom in and zoom out on the pages and to start the printing.
Use this command to select a printer and a printer connection. This command displays the Printer Configuration dialogue box, which allows you to specify the printer and its connection.
Command for exiting from the application.
Remember that the catalogue file is updated when the application is closed.
If you have made any changes, a message will appear asking you to confirm the save.

The print preview toolbar contains the following options:
Print: Displays the Print dialogue box for starting the printing.
Next page: Displays the print preview for the next page.
Previous page: Displays the print preview for the previous page.
One page / Two pages: Displays the pages one by one or two by two.
Zoom in: Shows a reduced view of the printed page.
Zoom out: Shows an expanded view of the printed page.
Close: Close the window before printing and return to the editing window.
