Although SURFCAM Velocity and SURFCAM Velocity II can be run simultaneously, an error may occur due to differences between the Tool libraries in the two versions because a new field was added to the Tool Library in Velocity II for better support of the enhanced tool functionality in RapidRough.
Users are encouraged to use one version of SURFCAM at a time to avoid conflicts.
When a session of Velocity II is already running and then a session of Velocity is started, an error may display if the user switches back to Velocity II and tries to create or modify some NC operations. This error will not occur if Velocity II is loaded last.
It is possible to close the error dialog by clicking OK multiple times.
