Verification tool holder support

Verification displays tool holders for milling operations.

1. From the menus, click Tools > Options.

2. In the left pane, click Verification > Tool Display.

3. Check the Show Holder options.

4. Click the browse button ( ), and select the .STL file to represent the tool holder.

5. Select a provided STL file, or an STL file you created.
   
   The STL file must be a revolved profile. The holder bottom must be at Z-zero and the holder axis parallel to the Z-axis. The XY location is not important.  
   
   

6. During Verifcation, all milling tools display the selected tool holder. Click the holder button to turn the holder display ON or OFF.

To change the holder color, click Tools > Options. In the left pane, click Colors > System. Click on the colored rectangle to the right of Verification Holder.

• To display the tool holder in verification, you must clear the True Solids Verification for 2/3 Axis Milling Operations option.
