The standard Windows color palette now appears when you choose colors, such as the following.

1. The Color button

Click the Color button.



The standard Windows color palette appears. Choose a color and click OK.



To change what colors appear above, click Tools > Options > Color > Pallete.

2. The Set Mask ON/OFF button

Click the Set Mask ON/OFF button.



 

3. The Create > Text/Dimension > Style > Geometry > Dimension Lines or Extension Lines or Text > Color buttons.

Click Create > Text/Dimension. Click the Style button. Click the Geometry button. Click the Dimension Lines or Extension Lines or Text tab. Click the Color button.

4. Verify > Edit Tool List > tool colors

Click Verify. Click the Edit Tool List button.

Double-click on any of the tool colors.

To customize color palette, click Tools > Options > Color > Pallete. Click on a color to change.

The default colors for Rapid and Feed are red and green.

Change the Rapid Move and Feed Move colors

In the left pane, click Colors > System.

Click a color button to the right of Rapid Move or Feed Move to change the color.

From the menus click Tools > Options. In the left pane, click Colors > System. Page down in the list to see the new verification elements.  

Verification > Shank
Verification > Crash
Verification > Stock
Verification > Fixture
Verification > Holder

Click a color button to change the color of any of these elements.

In previous versions, only the wireframe of surfaces accepted mouse clicks. In this version, the shaded surface accepts mouse clicks.

Click  to display the model in Wireframe.

Click  to display the model Shaded with Wireframe.

Click  to display the model Shaded.

The CView axis indicator now appears as follows.

The global axis orientation marker, which always appears at the lower left of the SURFCAM work area, now appears as follows.

To use the old, wireframe indicators, move or rename the files from the ../SURFnnnn/ViewIndicators folder.
