The slider bar controls the speed at which SURFCAM displays the change from one view to any other view. Any rotation of the view requires a maximum of 180 frames to complete the rotation.
Use the View button on the Status bar or use the shortcut keys CTRL+0 through CTRL+9.
Fast
The view changes virtually instantly in one frame. This is the SURFCAM default.
Slow
If you change the slider from the Fast position to the Slow position, the view changes gradually through the default value of 15 frames.
To change this value enter the MaxViewRate180Steps parameter in the [DefaultDisplayParameter] section of the SURFCAM.INI file.
Example
Enter MaxViewRotate180Steps=180 in the [DefaultDisplayParameter] section of the SURFCAM.INI file. Change the slider to Slow and the change the views on a part.
