Use Area Least Squares (ALS) Arc fitting function instead of the default Total Least Squares (TLS) fit. ALS fit is much faster if you have a very large tool path, but may not be quite as accurate a fit to the arcs. ALS method may also not produce quite as much optimization as the TLS method.
