• If the file type you desire is not in the pulldown, be sure to contact your SURFCAM sales representative. Some file types require purchase of a special translator.

• Check the pull-down after every update of SURCAM, because updates sometimes add new file types.

SolidWorks files support multiple configurations. SURFCAM now lets you choose which configurations to open.

When SURFCAM opens a SolidWorks part (.SLDPRT), not an assembly, the system recognizes any multiple configurations.

A dialog box appears. Choose the configurations you wish to open.
