This is the calculated value of the angle at which the tool will move in Ramp and Helical moves. It is dependent on the values entered for Length, Pitch, and Radius and their corresponding second column parameters.
Length/Radius, Minimum Length/Width and Pitch are maximum and minimum movement values for the Ramp/Helical plunge moves.
Length/Radius and Pitch determine the maximum horizontal and vertical distances that the tool will move during each step of a Ramp/Helical move. If there is not sufficient space at the plunge location for these maximum distances, SURFCAM will adjust the size of the Ramp/Helical moves accordingly. The Minimum parameter is a minimum horizontal distance value used when such an adjustment is made.
