The common application for this is to limit the tool from machining vertical walls. Limit Angle At Ends controls the cutting at the start and end of each planar cut. The parts of a planar cut between the two ends are always cut.

Example: Limit to 89º.
This will limit the tool motion to cut until an angle of 89° is reached. Since vertical walls exist at 90°, this tool does not machine the walls.
