The Offset menu appears when you select Offset from any of four different SURFCAM menus:
Transform > Move or Copy
Create > Line
Create > Arc
Create > Circle
Offset Distance
Offset an element by the distance set with
Change Offset 
.
Location
Use the Select Point menu to offset an element to the specified location.
Tangent
Select a tangency on an arc or circle to specify the offset location.

Change Offset
Change the value for lines created with Offset Distance . This offset value
appears in the SURFCAM prompt line.
Chain
Use the Select Chain menu to offset splines and chained geometry. After you select Done to complete the chain, the SURFCAM Offset Spline dialog appears.
