Center
Create an ellipse whose major axis is a specified angle from horizontal. The Ellipse dialog box will be displayed.
Axis
The Select Point menu will be displayed for you to select the center of the ellipse and points at the end of the major and minor axes. The point for the minor axis will be projected to the true minor axis.
