By answering the following questions or requests and signing this acknowledgment, you are abiding by the terms of our current Software License Agreement

1.      What operating system will the License Manager Service (LMS) be running on? Note: These are the only supported operating systems. Service Pack #

1a) Does this system have a parallel port recognized by Windows? 

1b) Does this system have a USB port recognized by Windows? 

2.    Is the TCP/IP protocol already installed on this system?

3.    The TCP/IP address configuration for the LMS computer is set for static IP?  

YES       It is DHCP

4.      Does your TCP/IP network have 

  1. – Domain Name Service (DNS)?  

  2. – Is the (proposed) LMS computer’s IP number in the DNS table? 

  3. – Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS)?  

Does your DNS database contain a reverse lookup zone (IN-ADDR.ARPA)?

5.    Will the SURFCAM client system(s) connect to the LMS system through a TCP/IP router? [i.e.; Cisco]

If connected through router, are TCP ports 5093 and 5094 open?              

6.      I/We understand that using the LMS on a WAN or VPN is not supported?

7.      Who is supplying your network services?   Other

8.      I/We have received other LMS instructions or troubleshooting documents?
