editNC License Agreement
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and NFR Partners, Inc., for the software product editNC and any "Auxfun" products supplied by NFR Partners, Inc., and includes computer software and associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. The agreement also includes updates to the original product provided to you by NFR Partners, Inc., or its affiliated dealers. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the product, editNC, you agree to the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, do not install or use editNC.
editNC License
editNC is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. editNC is licensed, not sold.
This agreement gives you the following rights:
You may install and use one copy of editNC on a single computer.
You may store or install a copy of editNC on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the product on other computers over an internal network; however, you must purchase a separate license for each computer on which editNC is installed, used, displayed or run.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble editNC.
You may not rent or lease editNC to someone else.
You must uninstall unlocked copies of editNC within 30 days of first use.
Copyright
All title and intellectual property rights in editNC (including but not limited to images, photographs, and text, incorporated into editNC), the printed materials, and any copies of editNC are owned by NFR Partners, Inc. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by NFR Partners, Inc.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NFR PARTNERS, INC. MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, editNC. editNC IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED ARE ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NFR PARTNERS, INC. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS FOR LOST PROFITS, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE STATED EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS OF NFR PARTNERS, INC. FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT, DELIVERY, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN ANY EVENT, THE LIABILITY OF NFR PARTNERS, INC. TO LICENSEE FOR ANY REASON AND UPON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT THEN PREVIOUSLY PAID TO NFR BY LICENSEE.
