Install Players

Changes to your operating system could disable the players or codecs required to play the multimedia tutorials. If your tutorials become disabled, run the following installations.

  1. Install Flash Player 7 - Active X

  2. Install Windows Media Player 9 for Windows 2000
    Install Windows Media Player 9 for Windows XP

  3. Install TechSmith Capture codec

  4. Install MP3 codec
