Setting Material Properties

Currently, the solid fin material is aluminium. This must be changed to glass.

Right-click the Continua > Glass > Models > Solid > Aluminium node and select Replace with > Glass (Glass Plate).

Click OK in the Replace Material dialog.

By default, the absorption coefficient for glass is 0.1 /m. This must be changed to 0.05 /m.

Select the Glass > Material Properties > Absorption Coefficient > Constant node.

Change the Value property to 0.05.

Note that the default absorption coefficient of air is also 0.1 /m. This is a suitable value so no change is needed.

Save the simulation.
