Setting Solver Parameters and Stopping Criteria
The simulation has already run for 1,000 iterations (see Initializing and Running the Simulation in the Heated Fin Tutorial). The addition of radiation will require the analysis to be run for a further 300 iterations to achieve a steady-state solution.
- Select the Stopping Criteria > Maximum Steps node.
- Change the Maximum Steps property to
1300.
- Save the simulation.
