Setting Initial Conditions

The initial conditions within the dilution pipe will now be set so that it contains only air at a temperature of 293 K.

Select the Dilution Pipe > Initial Conditions > Mass Fraction > Constant node.

In the Properties window, click on the box next to the Value property.

In the Constant - Value dialog, enter 1.0 for the air mass fraction.

Click OK.

Select the Static Temperature > Constant node.

In the Properties window, change the Value property to 293 K.

Save the simulation.
